When I think barbecue, I just think anything cooked outside of the house, you know, outside, that's kind of what I think of when I think of barbecue because there are different types of barbecue. There's the pit, you know, where you throw a bunch of hot coals in the ground, a hole in the ground, and then throw some meat in there wrapped up in the barrier. You know, there's the gas grill experience, there's the wood grill experience, there's the charcoal grill experience.
