Well, good morning, Art, and good morning to everyone on KQ7. Jay Lee Joe here in Las Vegas, Nevada. And like Joe said, it's a beautiful morning and it's been just absolutely gorgeous out here in the afternoon in the 80s and just absolutely gorgeous. I've been enjoying what I can, of course, with the dogs outside and all that kind of stuff, but my wife's been home. She stayed home from work yesterday. We had some issues with my mom with her dementia. She's been up all night and rearranging her room, pulling furniture, which is unbelievable, blocking doorways and just all sorts of weird stuff. We've been kind of going through quite a bit with her the past couple of days. Finally she conked out at around 6 a.m. yesterday, 5.30 a.m. in the morning yesterday, and was able to fall asleep. So we fell asleep also. So I apologize there, bud. I know I'm supposed to be on the other net, and I try, but the time is not the best for me at 6 a.m. But hopefully I'll get back on there and be on the net. So anyway, bud, I did get your email, but like I said, we had a lot of things going on with my mom. I didn't get a chance to respond to your email, but I'm glad that you're on the repeater now. This way you can get in without a problem. Just keep in mind that it does shut down at 815, and sometimes the net is still going, so you have to switch over to do drop in or whatever. So just keep that in mind, bud, that the WADGN repeater does shut down at 815. Anyway, not much else going on. My wife is home today. We've got some stuff to take care of with my mom, and then we've got the plumber coming down today to do the heating inspection. I should say the apartment with the AC guy coming to inspect the heating, air conditioning system, make sure it's all good to go for the winter, but I think everything's good to go. But every time they come, it's like a few hundred dollars because they want to upgrade something or do whatever. Unfortunately, a lot of times it's needed, so I just got to go through my finances before they get here and make sure I can afford whatever they may suggest. It seems like it's always something. Not much else going on. Glad to hear about Barbara's dad. Glad all is going better. And of course, big hello to grandma. And that's really about it.
