Yeah, yeah, it can be that way. I can tell you this. I mean, that all the traffic warriors we've had, all of them have failed. All of them have gotten fired for the most part. And one of the things I was happy about, the part that I wasn't upset about, is always received lots and lots of overtime. I'm talking roughly $20,000 to $30,000 a year of overtime just because they didn't know what they were doing. Now, I do do the job, actually. So it's not one of these things where I wanted the job and I thought I could do the job, and so therefore I should get the job. I was approached by a corporate guy, and he asked, we have a lot of this other traffic coordinator that had a lot of downtime. And he asked if I would go in and train and become backup traffic coordinator. And I took it because I thought, OK, well, that means that if I do this and I prove myself when the job becomes available, they'll consider me a little bit more closer, right? So I did the backup traffic coordinator job for five years. I was told and evaluated that they wish they would have hired me in the first place, right? And then with traffic coordinators, I told you we had so much turnover. Well, with bosses, we had a lot of turnover, too. I've had 21 supervisors since I started with this company, all of them pretty much gone, right? And the last supervisor we had, he was there just before the old traffic coordinator was going to get fired. And he knew of my capabilities. However, I made a mistake there, Brian. I made a big mistake. He was a Christian. He kept saying, because he's a Christian, he has more integrity than anybody else here. And I kept telling him that integrity is not based off of a title, you're a Christian. But the actions you take to show if you really do have that integrity. And he did not like that very much. And not only did he replace me as a backup traffic coordinator, when the guy got fired, the traffic coordinator got fired, he took the most least qualified person who was a Christian and put him in that place. He had no experience of any kind at that job. Now, is that not screwed up?
