You know, a company needs a good dispatcher because he can really make the company money because he knows exactly what time frame things take. Because you know that, George. You've been through it. We have a good dispatcher that works for the Rubin Company, and the guy has to do a bin and a bin and a bin, and he can run like ten trucks or so and get them all to the dump, get them all going.
