Well, you're a sweet man. I tried. I tried a lot. The position was open five times. First time, everybody thought I was going to be the traffic coordinator. It's not a dispatch, they call them traffic coordinators. And I thought I had it in the bag, and everybody thought I had it in the bag. And a guy came in to establish this warehouse and everything, and he had a friend who had, get a load of this, two months experience as even a truck driver, let alone being a dispatcher. And at that time, I already had 15 years with the company, and they made him the traffic coordinator. And then the boss there, her name was Kay. She was a nice lady, actually. I liked her quite a bit. She found out she was going to get canned because she didn't know what the hell she was doing, either. And she basically harassed the guy named, that was the traffic coordinator, and he finally quit. And the job became open, so I applied for it again. And she applied for it, too. And because she was A, a woman, and B, African-American, and C, because we have special hiring practices, I lost it again. And this kind of pattern, it kept on going on all the way up to our current traffic coordinator, who actually had a very bad rapport with the company.
