that once reach is around 100,000 satellites, once 100,000 satellites are up in orbit, it reaches a saturation point where you can start to expect more collisions happening. And from these collisions, what's called the Kessler syndrome happens, more collisions produce more debris and that debris produces more debris. So about 100,000, I think they're expecting that threshold to be met by about 2050.
