Good morning, Dave. Well, good morning, Dana, and hi to Theresa there, and everybody on the net. Great to hear everyone this morning. Well, got a sunny, nice day shaping up here, a little breezy out though. Got some winds are 10 to 20, so yeah, but other than that, sunny day, gonna be in the mid-60s today, can't believe it. So we'll take it. It's gorgeous. The big thing today is we've got our neighbor's trailer loaded up with yard waste, tree branches, and all that fun stuff. We've been limbing up trees to cut down on the fire danger here, so that's an ongoing process. And so that's all loaded up, and I gotta hook it up to the truck and run it into the dump today. They have a special section that you can dump yard waste, so we're gonna take advantage of that and go get rid of some of that, and the rest of it will probably burn, but this load is bigger stuff, so they can have it. So there you go. Other than that, don't know what we're doing tomorrow, but I'm just having breakfast here. Sam is out reading the water meters for the HOA. She does our street and usually takes about 45 minutes or so, so she should be back anytime. And hey, thanks for doing the net, and I'll turn it back to you and say 73s, have a great day.
