Well good morning there Art and everybody else out there on the World Wide Friendship Nest. I'm from a very rainy Portland, Oregon today. My cat's out on the back deck because the rain's keeping him there so he's got a grumpy look on his face. We had a total of four trick or treaters at my friend's house last night and so it wasn't too busy. We did some craft projects and hung out for the evening. So had a good time of it anyway. Earlier this week they took me out downtown for some fondue. It's the one year anniversary of losing my husband so they've been keeping me in really good spirits all week. We had bought a brick with our names on it down in Pioneer Courthouse Square back in 2018 and then it was installed in 2019 but we've never been able to see it and just never made it down there. So we went hunting for that brick with Michael and my name on it and got photos of that and did a rubbing and stuff so that we have a colorful copy of it at home. So it was really nice for them to be there with me and doing all that, keeping me going this week. So looking forward to hanging out with everybody tomorrow morning.
