Well I would usually get cold after the water heater flooded, broke, split open. The only interesting things I can think about, I remember one water heater was 30 years old when I did it. That's amazing. Another water heater failed at one month. So I guess it's just how they're made. That was amazing too. I don't remember the particulars but I do remember those, wow, 30 years in one month. And the only way you can extend the line is to try to post the spread out occasionally and it will extend it some. Anyway, it kind of depends on the quality of how they're made with the liner in it.
