Good afternoon, well I'm mobile also, driving down I-5 heading south into town towards Ballard. Going to pick up my one friend who's moving from the crummy studio to a nicer studio in the same building there at the OK Hotel. And this is the day we're supposed to be cleared out of there. I told her I could help her Monday all day and help the last clean up in the old studio because we've got to turn in the key and all that. Today would be the last day of the month. Didn't hear from her, then on Thursday she sends me a message that says, oh I guess, it must have been Wednesday night, late Wednesday night, she sent me a message that says she couldn't get her phone to work. Anyway, I said, OK fine, the next day. And the next day she doesn't call me until like 5 o'clock or something, I don't know. Anyway, going down there today finally to do a little clean up on this one studio and make it presentable so we can turn in the key. I hope you get a much earlier start but I didn't get a call until about an hour ago. Anyway, hey, I haven't looked at the weather forecast but just driving around here looks pretty darn nice. I don't think it's going to rain. It should be perfect weather right now, maybe send your kids out early. Jack, I don't know why you don't have more participation on your street. It's a perfectly nice residential street. I remember when I was a kid, this was a long time ago, when I was a kid the big thing was there was a dentist who lived a couple of blocks away and he had a crowd of people coming into his place because he was giving away dimes. He was giving away a dime to every trick or treater. Wow, that was like a big thing way back then. I think you'd have to give out a dollar bill now to get any attention at all. This is TR7-ZEI.
