Good morning Ron, this is Chivo Chivo 7 Juliet Uniform Mike. I'm on the corner of 116th Avenue NE and north of Way here in Bellevue. And I think there's a little bit of significance here. I think this is the old ICOM office. ICOM 2500 116th Avenue NE. Back when I started working out here on the east side programming computers. There are all kinds of antennas all over this building here. And now it's just kind of a crab building. It needs some antennas, that's for sure. Hey, glad to hear you're making progress on the flying. You'll get the landings down. I'm sure you will. You're going to be doing solo soon. Definitely, definitely. And yeah, just enjoying the fact that it's not raining yet. And it's not windy. Rain isn't so bad, it's the wind. Because if you get wet and then it's windy, you've got to really have some disloading on. This is my last work day for this week. Not doing weekends anymore. I'm on my way to retirement. That's what happens when you get your ticket, when you get your license. Suddenly it's a gateway to retirement. But it's a great place to retire because I've got all your friends here on the net.
