Thank you Roy and good morning to everybody and I know K-T7-J-O-E is right after me. Joe has been helping me yesterday for a long time and will be helping me more today to help resolve some of the issues I've had with being disconnected on IRLP. Anyway, good morning Joe and it's good to hear you on the other end this morning. This is by K-5-E-W-H in Mesa, Arizona where it's the last day of the month and not much going on here in the senior facility. It's well decorated for Halloween but there won't be any kids coming by to get candy for trick or treat, etc. Because I don't think there's anyone living under the age of 25 within 3 or 4 miles of this place. This is all seniors here. Literally right across the street, I'm on the third floor looking out over Broadway Road, right across the street is one square mile of what's called Leisure World. Leisure World is a gated community and all seniors and everybody in here is of course seniors and everybody around me that I've seen so far is all seniors. And the bad news is I are one of them. So anyway, it's a beautiful day today and specifically including the weather. It was down in the 50s this morning going up to around 80, low 80s, maybe 82, 83, etc. Wonderful weather and that's why so many snowbirds come to this area.
