A very good Josh, well my nighttime routine involves a lot of drugs. I take about 30 different drugs that keep me alive apparently. I take blood medication, heart medication, lung medication, some other stuff. I don't even know what half of it is, I don't even keep track of what the name of it is. I know it just keeps me alive. What else do I do? I usually try to go to bed at like half deep an hour. Sometimes I get up in the middle of the night because the drugs that they take make me have to use the washroom. I'm up at like 2 or 3 in the morning and then I can't get back to sleep for a while. Then I do go back to sleep and then I sleep for another 3 or 4 hours. Don't get up till about 9 o'clock or 10 in the morning. There you go. Other than that Josh, that's my routine man.
