He bought it the temporary home While they were waiting for some family land so they could to build their own home And then they started renovating this guy and they got into it and they redid everything Got blunt brand new plumbing brand new electrical They stripped the exterior walls added insulation and rewrapped it re-shoated it resided it There's nothing they didn't do to this put this house and he had to have an inspector come at each step and Verify their work was done properly before they could close a wall. The inspectors had to see it. It's it's Really tight here in Ontario now you
