I see some of the people on their systems. They're usually on the sidewalk in a wheelchair with a cardboard sign, please do this or please give me some money or something. You see them all over the place, but that's how it's taken care of. They might give you a free apartment in some horrible place, but you don't want to get on that policy. I see people that I don't know them, but I see people that live that way and they don't give you enough to really get by. If you get really hurt, say you're in an accident or a car accident or something and you can't work anymore, you don't get anything.
