Okay George, yeah you know, a tornado you never know where it's going to go. The only tornado that I've ever actually seen was back in 1973 or 4, 70, yeah spring 74. Tornado came through Kentucky and went on up and took out Xenia, Ohio after it skipped over Louisville, Kentucky. It went on up, the same system went on up into Xenia, Ohio where it took out Xenia, Ohio pretty much before it got to Louisville, the little town, Kentucky town southwest of Louisville, Brandonburg, Kentucky and it pretty much took that town out also. I had just gotten my amateur license shortly before then and that was my first experience with any kind of emergency communication situation. Never dreamed about RVing so it was a long time, way before we started RVing, I guess 20 years before we started RVing and more than that. But anyway, I actually saw that when I was underneath of it looking up watching the rotation overhead, we was driving a telephone company truck and we saw some damage on the road on the way heading the afternoon going in at the end of the day and I wondered what was going on. We pulled into the work center and everybody was standing around in the parking lot looking up at the sky and that's the first time I realized what was going on. It was too late to be scared at that point. That's the only time I've ever seen one. Alright, let's see what Dave's got to say about camping in rain and snow or bad weather or whatever kind of problems. KI-79HU from K4HM.
