Well hey, good morning there Rebecca and everybody out there today. Hey, we got some sun coming up here in South Bellevue, so it looks like we almost have hard shambles. I don't know, it may be a bit, I think it's going to be a nice day. And James is coming up here next and you know what we're doing today, Rebecca? We're making chili because James talked about it yesterday and that made me say, hey, I need some chili. So we got all the ingredients, bought all the ingredients yesterday to make my mom's chili recipe. So as soon as we get done here, we're going to start cooking. And then I have to simmer and simmer and simmer and simmer and simmer and simmer and simmer some more. It's really good. Anyway, I even followed James a little bit there. I bought some jalapeno peppers to put in. I don't see how that is. I may be sorry, but we'll give it a shot. What do you think, James? Anyway, back to you, Rebecca. 7threes, everybody.
