Hello Rebecca and Anyone else who's on the net on this slow morning? late late start to the day because I had to stop by the Chevy dealership and pick up my third loaner car We Sent our bolt in to have it our Chevy bolt have its batteries replaced Three months ago, and it has been sitting at a dealership waiting for batteries for three months and Eventually I wrote I wrote a letter to the CEO Mary Barra of GM, and I've gotten some very nice phone calls from the executive resolution division but Know where the batteries are and the dealership doesn't know where the batteries are and the specialized Concierge Doesn't know where the batteries are you would think somebody would know where the batteries are I'm tempted to go to Costco and buy a bunch of B cells and see if I can shove them in the glove box This is getting silly But what can you do? You know I can't But I could sue General Motors, I guess that would get me very far wouldn't it They're being everyone speak very nice, but no one knows what's going on, and I wonder I Wonder if they think they're ever going to sell another Electric vehicle ever again with this kind of service But that's it's it's a small problem, it's a beautiful day the leaves are wonderful Almost Halloween my least favorite holiday of the year But that's a whole other story, and I won't go into it so back to the neck.
