Alright, well, it was at Santa Mel that was saying about the being careful with the dropping it in and yeah true, very true on a traditional oil deep fryer but the beauty of the, the beauty of the Big Easy is it's infrared and it's oil-less. The only oil that's on the bird is the oil that you spread on it when you're putting the seasoning on if that's, if that's how you do it. I that's how I do it and I was soaking my bird in salt water but I stopped doing that because I didn't like the salty flavor so I just sometimes I just don't even let it soak at all I just take it out of the package and drop it into the Big Easy once I spread the olive oil and the seasoning on it so anyway great product. Glad I bought it and I've never tried a chicken on there it's always been a bird. I think one time I cooked a ham on it and you have to be careful because that thing is hot so the turkey I mean I have it down to a science but when I cook that ham I think I overcooked it a little bit so anyway back to neck control K9 PFD see you guys tomorrow.
