This is KF4LVF. I'm here also. I, you know, I went through all these, I'm going through all the documents I had that I transferred over because my, three weeks ago, my original laptop completely died. And I had a lot of stuff in there that I wanted to remove to save. But I started calling around here and they wanted $300 for the first hour. And I think $150 for, I don't know, it was an extra month. It was just crazy. So, I started for about two days. I looked at videos and all this kind of stuff. And I went and found out what kind of, um, slides I had in there. And you know what? I opened that sucker up. I said, it's dead anyway, so let me do some surgery here. And I did and I removed my drive. Found out what to get as an enclosure to remove my data and baby I got everything out. I'm an IT tech. Let me stop. But I saved all my documents, all my pictures and everything without spending, um, the enclosure was about $40. The two, um, I didn't even need one tick because Linux is light. Not as, um, not like Windows. Windows got a lot of junk in there that you don't use. So with Linux, 516 SSD came out to be really good. I did it not only on my laptop, I did it for the computer that's in the room that my husband uses. And I did everything including extracting everything less than $200. Now a computer cost about $1200. I mean, that's so, I saved $1000 I would say because I did it on two computers and saved my data. So I did good for the past three weeks. It was a little headache, but I did it. Anyway, this is KN4LBF and it was you guys that gave me the idea. So thank you. Thanks for watching.
