And then you know what I think happens here in Vancouver that's probably, well I know for sure happens in my Toronto neighborhood is, a store will go out of business and then someone just picks up the slack. You're going to a newspaper? No, like a box of Joe Louis, some lighters. You're buying cigarettes? Okay, I'm out of here. I've done that to them so many times just because of that, right? And then they have, now it's like, who runs it now? I don't know. Some other whoever's. And so they close and then someone else picks up the slack and reopens it.
