The plumbing, well not plumbing turn around here, but all the plumbing in this one, it needs to be done because we tore down the studs and just redid everything. Electrical, and I was going to leave all the plumbing as far as the uprights, but then it turns out that those were galvanized and rucking as well. So we placed everything but the cast iron going out. Unfortunately they had a septic tank here, but it was disconnected but it was never caved in. They did hook up the sewer like a year after the place was built. So yeah, we saved a lot of money doing it all ourselves. But digging ditches, I find that kind of relaxing. Sometimes it gets messy, especially if you've got to go deep. As far as those trenchers, those things I actually had rented one and wouldn't you know it, the chain fell off the thing when I was trying to trench across the back yard. So that's one of those things, do I go ahead and put the chain back on and waste half a day by taking it back or do I just spend a couple hours and put the chain back on and continue to use it. So we just put the chain back on and got as much use out of it as we could. Anyway, just wanted to stop in and say hello Jack. Thanks for stopping in at the Lake Washington Ham Club net today. I certainly enjoyed having you in there. KK7, BRS, back to net.
