Yeah, I think that, yes, as residents of the Northwest, I think you're right. We have a duty to do that, that is correct, to get as much as you can. Okay, hey Rich, real quick, so I know you're trying to wrap up operations over there in West Seattle before your big trip across the country. Now last year, before you took off, you were wrapping up operations, you had all kinds of things going on, some repairs, some, I think even a little bit of roof patching, I think you had some painting in there, the usual clipping and mowing, etc. So how did that all hold up, your roof patch and your painting, how did that all turn out? Everything made it through the winter and good to go for this coming winter.
