Yeah, good morning Joe, good morning everybody on the net and yeah it's been not too bad a day here today, still working away today because our clocks went back in our on Saturday into Sunday so we are actually now doing the net another 11 we used to, I don't know if that will just be for this week, I know some of you guys are changing clocks again, hmm, I'll just have to watch and see. The question of the day, winter food, I really enjoy my Scotch porridge oats in a winter morning, it's really nice and warm and I like that usually with a little bit of honey or some sugar, I'm a little bit sweet too. I know that some people have their porridge oats with salt on them but I always have something sweet so it usually has honey and I put it in them and it's a nice and warm breakfast, it sets you up for the day and it keeps the tummy full as well. In terms of evening meals, tend to go, we come away from all the salads and on to warm food, usually something like mince and potatoes or a steak pie with all the cooked veg and that sort of thing, usually the pots are going in the wintertime, keeps the house warm as well. And in terms of the turkey, we only have a turkey on Christmas day, that's the one day of the year that we have turkey and it becomes obviously a big feast but yes, Christmas day is a massive big feast on our face. Anyway, thank you Joe for letting me check in, really appreciate it, great to hear all the, everybody else in the net and Joy is praying for you that all these test results go well, I'm sure they will.
