Yep, again, stew. The stews and the soups are going to have it. Anyway, thanks Mel for the check in, I appreciate it, you have yourself a great day. And yeah, there's nothing like a nice good stew with some fresh vegetables in there. Whether it be crock pot or on the stove makes no difference. Roasted vegetables I add, I'll roast the vegetables first and add them in later. However you want to do it, but I'll enjoy cooking the vegetables in there also because you get all the flavor from the vegetables as they cook. So anyway, no matter how you like it, it's always good.
