George, how do you function during the summertime without coffee? How do you function? If I don't have coffee every day, I might as well just stay in bed and just close my eyes and pray the good Lord takes me. I don't know. I cannot function without coffee. I'm already on my third cup this morning since I've been awake. Anyway, thanks for the check in. I appreciate it. And yeah, steel oats. Yes, absolutely. And I don't like to make any of the instant stuff. I don't like the instant oatmeal. I used to, but with diabetes and stuff, I have to be careful and kind of go towards more of the whole foods and no sugars. And of course, you know what I'm talking about. My A1C is right now 5.7. So I really struggle to keep it where it needs to be. I'm shooting to go back towards a one of like a 5.2, 5.5 and keep it where the normal folks are. I don't like to be anywhere close to the six or seven where they recommend for diabetic. So I try to really stay focused on that. But George, thanks for the check in. I appreciate it. And you have yourself a great day. Next up, we go to my good friend Roy, K.D. 7WA. Roy, and I know you eat stuff all year round and enjoy foods all year round and you've talked about all sorts of stuff and whatever, but you've got to have a winter food that you prefer, especially when you're out there doing all your lumberjacking and cutting wood and the firewood, all that stuff. So I'm thinking you're probably a soup man, but I could be wrong. I'm always wrong. But I'll turn over to you there, Roy. Good morning, Roy.
