Yeah, good morning, sir. Pleasure to be here. Good morning to the group. Yeah. Good morning. I had to look up there for a second. It wasn't for sure. Yeah, you know, we're just kind of relaxed for today. It's cold. It's rainy. Work was called off. So you know, I got time to do much of nothing. I try not to eat if I can, because it's always bad for me. I gain weight if I eat, you know. But I'll tell you what I do like. In the wintertime, I get back into coffee. In the summertime, I almost knock it out altogether. But now it's that time of year where I'm going to start drinking more coffee. And I do love soups. I think I've had probably three days in a row, grow three different types of soup that I ate for dinner, and sometimes for lunch. Chili's is another one. You mentioned oatmeal. And one of my favorite things is steel cut oatmeal with some bananas and berries and nuts, walnuts, and with maybe some English toast on the side or some multigrain wheat bread, you know, something like that. I really love that, especially first thing in the morning. But I don't eat it too often because just like you, I got to watch my A1C and keep it down, right? Other than, you know, I'm not, everything else is pretty much the same as it always is, you know, year round. So that's the main thing. I really increased my coffee intake and my soup intake.
