Now you see there Jim, you introduced a whole different thing there. See everybody was talking about soups and chilis or whatever and mainly thinking of dinner foods and you're thinking a nice hot oatmeal which sounds good, I love oatmeal. I love cream of wheat. I love of course my eggs and I love to have pancakes and of course I do protein pancakes now and try to do more protein and less carbs which probably isn't the best way to do it but it's a lot better. It actually keeps my blood sugar a lot more stable than when I eat regular pancakes and I love waffles and so do my dogs. Every once in a while when I make my breakfast in the morning if I do my protein pancakes or waffles or whatever, protein waffles, I will also make eggs and pancakes and whatever else I'm eating. I make little mini cheese omelettes and give them a little piece of, half a piece of waffle or one small pancake, you know, whatever. For the little dogs you get a half pancake and the bigger dogs you get one or two pancakes and I just, I like to swallow them once in a while so we all eat breakfast together since I really have no one else to eat breakfast with. But yes, oatmeal and stuff in the mornings during the fall and winter months, actually all year round but I probably will have that more often during the winter months. So thanks Jim for your check in. I appreciate it. Take care my friend and next up, AB70W. Good morning Dave and what are your favorite winter foods my friend? Over to you.
