Coke Zero instead of coffee. You know, I was hoping Josh would get on today. I wanted to thank him. Usually every Thanksgiving we deep fry turkeys and we've done as many as five, one after another because they go so fast. But he has a cooker that is infrared and does a whole turkey. It does it about 10 minutes per pound. So it's about half the time of normal baking, that kind of stuff. But it does what a hot oil cooker does to turkey, but without the oil, without the worry. And maybe not even sitting in the, while it's snowing on you, out there in the garage with a jet heater on. It's called the Big Easy. You can look it up on Amazon if you want. It looks really cool. And when I figured out that I could be inside the house and just put it out on the deck and not worry about it, I was like, yeah, I pulled the trigger. I said, I'm getting one of those. That looks really good, really easy. So we'll see. We'll see how that works out. But anyway, thanks to Josh for suggesting that. I've never even heard of this thing before.
