I figure out if there's anything that I can do to get the word out, you know. I mean I'm very knowledgeable on a lot of IT related subjects, but just saying I offer all kinds of services is not really cutting it. I think I need to diversify into a particular niche, and that's what Gemini is telling me to, rather than say you can serve anybody in all needs, target a demographic that's in need of particular services, and you know the reliability that one particular consultant can provide as opposed to, you know, a call center where you're not a person, you're a case number, and the benefits that dealing with one person directly as opposed to a larger company that's probably call center oriented can offer. So I'm starting to think about diversification and consolidation at the same time without pushing or pulling too far in one direction or another.
