KM4LBF, you mentioned one of the most important words for any employee anywhere and one of the hardest things to find is reliability. I never had any time for the superstars in the corporate world. I reserve my praise for people who showed up every day and could be dependent on to do what they've been asked to do reliably. That was so much more valuable to me as a manager than anybody who was shooting through the ranks and being a superstar and stuff like that. It was those people who showed up every day. They're the ones who made the money come. They were the ones who made the wheels turn. I valued them very highly. V01UKZ, if you are back, we're talking about AI replacing 14,000 corporate jobs and projected 30,000 corporate jobs at Amazon.
