Well hello Jack, I had to get up a little earlier this morning and took Finn out and then I had to go to Bellevue to Overlake Hospital and have some blood work done because I have a cardiac Cardiology appointment on Friday, and he wanted me to have blood work done before then so I got all that then and just been Doing a few things around the house I just had to go to the grocery store and grab a bag of potatoes because we were out and I just put a pot roast potatoes and carrots into the crock pot Let me cook all day W7 JSM
