Well, that's possible you could do that, but not too practical. The best thing I've found that works pretty good, and I've passed that on to a few other people out there, get some cotton balls and get some pure peppermint oil. Put about a half a dozen drops on the cotton balls and put them in designated areas underneath your house. I have a couple, I've got eight quarter inch holes that I have down on my baseboards that are out of sight. You don't see them and stuff like that. Once a year I'll do my peppermint balls and take a little gun rod and push the thing back in between the walls there. Just as sense as that peppermint they do not like and they exactly go to the next house. I've been pretty lucky at it. I still set traps up and every now and then I'll catch one or two, but otherwise I don't hear them too often. I did my molar nator one year and just put a hose underneath the house and ran it for about two hours and stuff and didn't have any that season and stuff, but I found that the peppermint oil works a lot better. If you go online a lot of them say, yeah, use peppermint oil. That and cayenne pepper on the outside of your house, if you use cayenne pepper and just sprinkle it all the way around the board of your house, that helps out too. A couple of deterrents there. Cheepy, cheepy. I hope that might help out that gentleman and stuff. Everybody have a good day. Better tomorrow. Get rid of the rats. Never going to happen. W7DNG.
