I don't know, my sister's fine with everything. She's easy to deal with. I mean, she just wants me to have a place to live as well. It's my niece, my sister's daughter, my father's granddaughter. It's her. She's the problem. She's very, very greedy and very, very self-centered. She doesn't care about anybody but herself. Like, I mean, I've never seen someone so vicious and entitled in all my life, and she's so young, and so it gets me. She already told my mom before she passed that she should double my rent, and Mom wouldn't go have that because I just can't afford it. Plus, I've been here so long at this rent that I'm paying now. I mean, and it's not a lot. I've got to tell you, it's not a lot. It's like only $750 a month, and places like this go for literally double that here in the city. And my heat and light and everything is included in that, and anywhere else, I'd be paying double the rent plus my own utilities. I wouldn't be able to do it. In the last five years, rental amounts have almost doubled in this city since 2020. So, yeah, but yeah, it's my niece, man. And she's a very, very problematic individual. Dad doesn't want to talk about final finality and things. He doesn't want to talk about any of that, so I don't push it. But it's always been put to me that it was going to be left to my sister. My dad has said that before. Mama said that before. And then eventually it will go to the granddaughters, you know. But I mean, I've been making little plans and stuff and putting bits of information together, you know, about pay and freezing accounts and all kinds of stuff. Like just as a precaution, I've been looking into things. And like you say, I've paid 100 grand almost toward this place since I've lived here. So if my niece wants to get funny, I will lawyer up and break out the receipts. And the verbal agreement that I had with my mom before she passed, I know there's no proof of that. But the fact that I have paid almost $100,000 here in the last, like, almost 11 years, that would have to hold some bearing. It would at least force the sale on a property or something, you know. And I don't want that either because I want this house to stay in the family. But if it comes down to it and my only option was the force to stay for me to survive, well, I'm the executor of my mom's estate and mom owned half of this house. So there was no will, so technically her half would go to me. And it would be a sticky situation, man, but I'd fight it. I'm not about to end up on the street because of a little punk brat child that cares about no one but herself. I won't be letting that happen. So I hope it doesn't come down to any of that, but I'm looking in some of the right places in the meantime.
