Alright sounds good Here tomorrow. Yeah, like you say is I don't you know I'm in my mid 40s now. I mean You know last 20 more years plus You know my rent is going to we're paying the mortgage off only a couple a couple more years left on the mortgage On this place, and then it's paid off clean and clear so My sister told me you know once it comes down to it that she'll own the house Eventually it'll get passed off to her kids, but she's been using it for some rental income. You know the top half of the house in the meantime you know and I was told I won't have to pay no rent just my electricity and internet Once the house is paid off, so I mean we've got agreements Man if it like defaults located in Shelton, Washington has a will Which I don't know if he does and it defaults That's fine because the oldest gets day I was the executor of my mom's estate because mom and dad weren't weren't legally married they were together for over 40 years, but they never got legally married and when it came to mom's funeral stuff or You know the the funeral home stuff. I had to sign all the paperwork because I was her oldest living heir and So That still stands so when he tries to force me out You know mom owned half of this house. I'm her last legal heir. I do think that I'd have grounds To fight some type of eviction if my kids try to pull that crap Which I'm fully expecting her to if it's left that way if it's left to my sister then fine My brother is dad's oldest living relative So it would technically go to him if there was no will and that would leave him and I in control of it So I don't know it's it's like such a sticky situation when people pass away because you don't know what's going to happen It causes me anxiety from time to time If I can't imagine if I had to go down in the city and pay market rate. I wouldn't be able to do it There's no way I literally would not be able to afford groceries. There's like You know it's crazy. Yeah, three Kky Kevin you're up, man
