175 miles converted to kilometers 175 miles is equivalent to 281 point six three five kilometers, holy sweet suffering cash That is a lot. I can't even imagine what if we had winds like that here to be houses getting blown off They're freaking foundations. I'd say although. I don't know what our tolerances are Up here for that type of thing, you know for for houses and stuff. I don't it's requirements to have a concrete foundation buried into the ground and You attach your house to that with giant spikes that go down through your main supports like your main frame your main wood and They go down into this concrete and then I think they're concreted in as well if I'm not mistaken And then your house is built on top of that and I mean like stir every few feet You know to attach the house to the concrete foundation So providing that the house itself structurally is good. It should be pretty good I mean this house was only built and I mean I say only because it's over 30 years ago now But only built in the late 80s early 90s, you know between 1990 or 89 to 1991 Or something like that, so it's not like you know the old rickety stick shacks that were built in this neighborhood back in This is one of the newer houses up here. You know of course there are still some of those shacks though They usually keep the bones of the old shack and then you know tear down the outside the inside and just remodel Where you do the whole thing? but I know of some of those shacks that are still around my buddy still has one and It's a little one room or one bedroom little shack and But he has it all redone and he has like an updated heating system a mini split and all that put in there You know it's got a living room kitchen bathroom in one bedroom. I mean that's all I need you know I'd love to have a little a little shack You know that I fully owned outright and my buddy owns that the shack because he received it from his uncle in his will So he put the money into it to redo it and all that Very uncertain right now about our house, and what's going to happen if my dad passes away? Because my nieces think that it's theirs and Sister said that it's supposed to go to her and then eventually go to my nieces but they didn't they seem to think it's theirs right away and Especially my my bratty niece the one with the mouth on her like she'll say to you now at this point She'll be like you know you'll tell her to clean up her mess up there And she'll be like this is my effing house. Who are you to tell me what to do and she's
