Well, good morning. AB7DW, Net Control, and everybody on the Worldwide Friendship Net. This is Ki7BR in Independence, Oregon. Well, Grandma's doing okay, thank heavens, and so that's a blessing. My dad is not. It was very difficult to see how he's doing yesterday when we visited. I had a couple of conversations that rank as the most difficult in my life. The first was when in 1993 I had to let my baby brother know that our mother was gone. That was the most difficult conversation. The second most difficult occurred yesterday. I needed to have the conversation with my dad about hospice, and that's not an easy topic to bring up. It was a very heavy conversation for us both, but he agreed that it was probably a good idea. They're in Aloha, so we'll probably be heading up to Aloha a few times in the next week to see how things are going. My uncle, my father's brother, is also going to head up there. My youngest brother is heading up there today. We're just kind of in that mode, and Dad has just declined so quickly. We really needed to have some conversations. That's where we're at. He's had 84 years. It's been a good life. There's no tragedies here. It's just potential grief and loss looming. There we are. Part of love is lost. Anyway, I'll leave it at that. I hope everyone has a good day. 7-3-0. This is KI-7PR.
