That's what Central Maine Power is telling the people in Southern Maine, is that the infrastructure changes and what's going to make it more expensive. And that, of course, nobody believes it, but it looks like it's true. It looks like it is true. Now, the other thing I'll let you know is that Hurricane Melissa has wound up to a five, and it's calming down to a four, but it's going to walk right through Jamaica, right across the middle of the island. And it's going to be the biggest hurricane they've ever had, or at least ever recorded, as having. So we're going to, over the, let's see, late this afternoon into tomorrow, because it's moving slow, it's going to dump tons of water on them. And so we'll be hearing the stories out of there.
