But yeah, I remember that Reagan speech. It was in the 80s. We were in the midst of a trade battle with Japan, if you guys remember that. And Ronald Reagan did apply to tariffs through Congress, but he didn't like them. He didn't like them, but there was a big trade imbalance and people wanted to do something about it.
