Gunsmoke, over. Absolutely. Gunsmoke, aired from 1955 until 1975, with a total of 635 shows. It was the longest running TV serial western before 2015. Gunsmoke was also a radio show, which started before the TV series. Two things. One, what show in 2015 outdid Gunsmoke? And two, was this just not one of the funniest dead gun characters ever? I just love watching that character on that show. Good job, sir.
