It's interesting, the sound and the style, the track Blackbird, I'm trying to see, Bobby Bird became Blues Notes best selling album ever and inspired later hip hop and R&B. That's interesting. That's what I like about a lot of those groups, they interconnect with hip hop because hip hop takes samples. The younger I was at that time, they were using their parents records and those are records my mom likes. My mom liked a lot of old smooth jazz, even some oldies, some old R&B and that's what a lot of the kids, which would be my older peer, like when I was two, they were like 12, 18, 22. So they're using their parents records.
