And it helped a little bit for a while, but I have lost 105 pounds since all this shit started happening about two and a half years ago. That helped my lungs and everything else. And it's most definitely, the weight alone has helped out a lot. It's an injectable that they put in my knee for this gel. I'm not sure. I don't look it up yet. They just suggested it to me the other day. So I wanted to do some research on it before I said yea or nay.
