Yeah, it's got to be balanced out and I like the same things you like, right? Because if you know this, like I'll spend a few hours here and then I get my fix. I'm done, right? Whether it's 40 minutes or more than that. Usually after that I go on, I read, I do my school work. I might as well call it, I might as well act like I'm going to school because I work for school and I listen to my music, I have my own radio shows that I like, I'm lamping to that and when I see it, it's pretty much the way it should be for most people. A lot of people have a little skit for a while and then they keep it moving. So if that's what you like, if you're down with that, I'm certainly down with that. It also means that I'll still come back and see if anyone's around. Yeah, good convo and the net, this net acts like it gives a shit about you and yeah, you're really accomplishing miles because I'll tell you, yesterday's event sucked. I ain't even talked about it. I like the camaraderie and that was about it but the event was whack, yo. I got to tell you about it and I'll repeat it for the net. So when I stopped the net yesterday, right, the guy was already at my door. Like I thought he would be late because he's always late, right. So I'm trying to sign with the net and my dad's screaming upstairs, yo, the door, the door, the door. I'm like shit, I'll and so then I rushed, right. Like I just signed with you guys and then I made a mad gash, I rushed, right, to get the guy, right. I didn't want him to go away. I told him to wait 10 minutes because I still wasn't quite ready and I ended up forgetting my cane. I got to tell you that. That's funny too. He made an improvised cane for me out of like the mini antennas that he had brought along. So here I am, I'm like when we're in the park, I'm toting this antenna around like it's my staff. It was big enough to be a staff. So yeah, once we got there, it was cold as hell, it was rainy, right. So I kind of sensed they wouldn't stay forever and they didn't. They were supposed to stay six hours, right, until about one or two in the afternoon. It might have been like 11 or 12 that we left. So we spent like maybe three hours on it. We might have contacted two stations, right, where they threw their call and we said you're 5-9 and I even don't remember the coordination. The ones that the guys that I was with gave weren't even right. Like they said, because they were VE-2 guys, right. And they said you're 5-9-0-4, which isn't even Vancouver. Vancouver is like 0-3. So the bands were sucky and part of it is because these guys only had five watts. They had a very compromising antenna like this fish pole looking thing draped on the trees. So they weren't getting out worth a squat and everyone was pretty much walking us because they had a billion watts because you know people lie. You know they're using power. I mean when they're coming over 20 over and they're in Spain or something and the conditions aren't that good, you know niggas lie. So that was the deal there. So I probably made one contact in like the three, four hours I was there and then it started pissing rain so the guys packed it in. So that was basically antenna day. I spent a lot of it like bored so I was kind of messing with my phone and then just kind of half paying attention to them. I had my roommate Gabby on and I was just kind of whispering to her and we were just kind of bullshitting while that was going on and then at some point I was like listening to my music and stuff. So there you go. You got a little bit of an exclusive and at some point I'll repeat it probably a few times because you know nobody gets on today so I better just pretend that today's practice is on this day. And then tomorrow I might have an earful to give Gray on that one little bit that I plan to do when I leave.
