Wow, I got caught off guard here. My day went great. I decided, okay, I've been cooped up in the building for a while. I decided to come down to Rainier Shrine. In my infinite wisdom of going on my impromptu route, I decided walking was good, but my feet had other plans. I ended up sliding in about two or three spots, tripping over at least two cuts in sidewalks that should not have been there and weren't paved over to eliminate those yet. And then I ended up limping and a little on the turned around side halfway through my route. And so I figured, okay, I'm lost. I'm not seeing what I'm supposed to see. And all I saw was two glass buildings and a lot of fun. So I ended up calling for help. I got alright. KW2SKI was kind enough to see where I was and he was able to find me. And well, that made KI7RMU and everybody else happy at the park because they were all happy to see me when I showed up. Although I did have a noted slight limp. But hey, when in doubt, if you really want to slide somewhere, wait till it's icy, but do so safely. Not what I did. That hurt. Otherwise, I enjoyed everybody's company there at the park. It was fun. Yes, 2X2CW was definitely there and she was having a good time with the tricorder and her satchel. And I loved her hat. Cool. She had a good time. She was bouncing for joy all through the park there. So it sounds like everybody had a good time. Critters too. I have to commend. All the critters have decided that rubbing up on people was pretty cool as their way of saying, hi, how are you? Here's my hug. So yes, I've been officially slobbered on. So there's my report. I was happy. Now I'm home. Can't wait till the next ones that get scheduled for next year. KJ7EXM, back to Nick. KJ7EXM, K7WFB. Thank you, Sean. Well, so you're happy, limping and slobbered, but you had a good time. Had a good time. And yeah, I'm sorry about hurting yourself there. It was kind of a rough day to get out and go for a walk, but you weren't quite sure of it. You got rescued by ham radio people. There's no better way to be rescued for sure. Let's troop on down to talk to Jeff in California, who had the great misfortune of missing a really nice stormy autumn day in Seattle. Jeff, our condolences. I bet it was 70 degrees down there and you had no fun at all. AB6MD, tell us about your day.
