Another study in 2021 looked at the sleep patterns of three rural and indigenous communities in Argentina to go to college student sleep patterns in Seattle. And both showed less sleep in the days leading up to a full moon when there was more natural light after death. Researchers are beginning to believe that we have an innate adaptation from our distant ancestors who probably slept less and were more active when there was more natural light available. And there's also some studies that show a higher number of births at night near a full moon and higher births raised during the day around the time of a new moon. This was a January 1996 to March 2007 study. So the small studies, it was listed in the National Library of Medicine, January 24, 2017. And the 2013 study, that was also listed in the National Library of Medicine.
