The cell, he was 31 years old and the 31 year old man who turned in the treasure, he'd been charged. The charges had been dropped and the charges were dropped because of the statute of limitations. But I'm just assuming he probably went out of their way just to drop the charges because by the sounds of things, I mean he didn't meet in the farm, he just found these things and I guess he probably didn't know where to report them, even if he should.
