Well hey Ben and everyone down there at the Rain or Shine, good to hear you on the radio. Not on your regular day and not in your regular attic. Anyhow, hope you're having a good time down there. We wish we could be there but we decided not to go. And I was, yeah, would have liked to chat with you. I always admire the way that you run a net and your skills at hosting a net.
