Hey Keith, good to hear from you. And yeah, I saw on the weather channel there that snow has fallen in Oregon. And we're getting snow on the passes today and tomorrow. Winter is knocking on our door. And as soon as we end the net, we can get on the road and get down. We won't get down until the rain or shine. And my philosophy is if we leave early enough, we beat that football traffic.
