Hello Dana and Theresa, this is Keith KJ78LM. You know, I don't think I'm going to make it down. I'm terrified of traffic. I'm not sure I'm stronger than traffic, but I just hate it. It's one of those things, I was a delivery driver for the first 20 years that I was here in Seattle and I just hate getting into traffic situations and stuff like that nowadays. It's easier for me to claim, oh, you know, it's too rainy or something like that. You know, no, I've got the rain here and stuff like that, but I don't know if I want to fight the University of Washington football game traffic down there in that neck of the woods. So I unfortunately am going to disappoint you and disappoint myself for not being down there today. But I did want to check in with you this week. I was down in Pendleton with my wife last weekend for a long weekend. Had a really good time. Ran into some snow down south of Pendleton when we were going up some Forest Service roads south of Yekaya, Oregon. And had a good time. Got a bottle of my Pendleton Special Dark whiskey and all life is good. So nonetheless, drive safe when you're over there in Seattle. Pack your patience and dress for the occasion.
