Hey, what thank you there Joe Joyce. Yeah GPS, you know, I was smart when I got my first handheld GPS back I don't know almost 30 years ago, I guess 25 Years ago. I started marking things like out at the lake You know abandoned boats and and and of course you want to go back to Pittsburgh graves of family I've always marked that stuff and I have the logs that are still good today So, you know when I need to find something from 20 years ago 25 years ago I can still find it and yeah, that's a that's a cool thing. That's that's an amazing technology and I'm glad we have it and yeah, I was 55 here this morning when I got home from my bike ride and What I got all for Joyce there or both of you guys. Yeah that Distillery was old over halt over halt HLT Whiskey I guess it's a major brand but the building was built in 1810 and it's probably seven stories tall There's like six grain towers from brick that are also part of the whole building structure pretty amazing to think it was built over 200 years ago and then But the one you guys are gonna like the best I think it's gonna be that the crown jewel is We went into an abandoned China factory and we found Crates and crates of China still there dishes plates mugs teacups saucers You know a lot of it strewn across the floor and broken it was almost like walking on seashells It was everywhere and in full crates full of it brand new That's that's that's something to see so that that's coming up on the managers of the jumeirah.
